All sales made on our websites for lash products and clothing are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products, including lash extension trays, lash extension glue, and clothing items.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement for the defective item, at our discretion. Proof of damage (such as photos) will be required to process your request.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products. Please make sure to carefully select your items before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong product due to a shipping error, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
